Dipikaa Sharma is a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, and strategic communicator with over 24 years of diverse professional experience spanning technology, human resources, public relations, and organizational leadership. She is the Co-Founder of Mobicloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where she has been instrumental since 2015 in building and scaling the organization into a trusted technology solutions provider.

A visionary product strategist with a strong foundation in research and analytics, Dipikaa is also the visionary force behind Smartwork—a SaaS-based software platform designed specifically to empower small and medium businesses. Smartwork offers integrated digital solutions such as ERP, CRM, HR, and operational tools, enabling small enterprises to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and adopt technology with ease and affordability. Her vision for Smartwork stems from a deep understanding of grassroots business challenges and a commitment to making enterprise-grade technology accessible to growing businesses.

Dipikaa has led multiple initiatives across business strategy, financial planning, market development, and stakeholder engagement. Her expertise includes organizational policy development, budgeting, sales negotiations, partnership creation, and leadership of cross-functional teams. Known for her ability to identify and leverage individual strengths, she is widely regarded as an effective communicator, mentor, and motivator.

Her professional journey also includes senior roles with CRP Technologies, Lunkad Realty, Xerces Technologies and Gamesai Studiios where she successfully managed large teams, designed HR frameworks, led recruitment and performance management, and drove employee engagement and CSR initiatives.

Dipikaa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mumbai University, an MBA in Marketing Management from YCMOU, and is an alumna of IIM Bangalore’s Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Programme (2022).
